Why These Stories Exist
I never asked for testimonials.
Back before my breakdown in 2022, I was already running at 100 miles an hour — fielding 30 to 50 messages a day, hand-designing protocols, trying to keep up with orders, questions, and the deep responsibility that came with every life I was asked to help. My underground success had even reached as far as Belgium — someone abroad had heard about my results and asked for help (a friend of a friend who introduced us via social media). It was breast cancer again, and the stakes were real.
In November — just before COVID hit the UK — I finally secured a physical space for a compassion club I ran from behind the scenes. It was set on a beautiful farm, surrounded by nature and deep healing energy — everything I’d dreamed of offering people. But at £1,700 a month, it was always going to be a struggle. Truth is, I was too proud to admit that. I’d pushed myself beyond the edge to fund it — and when the pandemic hit, that dream collapsed overnight.
I’d built one of the most powerful underground cancer protocol databases out there — but I couldn’t keep up. I lost two people close to me (not clients), my BPD flared hard, and I pulled back from taking anyone new on. For 2–3 years, I kept my head down.
The one person I kept supporting through it all was Michelle. Her past trauma mirrored my own, and I couldn’t let her down.
I worked with a trusted lab to formulate the cannabinoid side of her protocol using legal isolates, precision carrier oils, and a terpene profile built from both monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes — selected not just for symptom relief, but for multi-targeted action, including modulation of ERα (Oestrogen Receptor alpha), which we suspected was part of her core driver mutation. Meanwhile, I personally created her mushroom extracts, using triple-extraction methods to preserve and concentrate all active constituents — a formula born from my own mushroom database and years of experimentation.
This wasn’t just a protocol — it was everything I had left to give. And I gave it all.
In 2024, I began using AI to manage my mental health — and I asked it if it could help me bring my cancer work back to life. It said yes. I uploaded my database, trained it, and for the first time in years, I could breathe. I could build again. With AI's help, I created the system I’d always needed — and it’s now a living tribute to those I couldn’t help, the few I lost, and the many who will now benefit from what I’ve built.
These stories weren’t collected for credit.
They came when I was facing a possible 4-year sentence just for trying to save lives.
They exist because people insisted on telling the truth.
This page isn’t just about healing. It’s about legacy.
Michelle's Story 2021-2025
My name is Michelle, and I feel compelled to share my journey and express my gratitude for the incredible impact Anwar Mohamed has had on my life. I first connected with Anwar four years ago when I was in a place of utter despair. I had been diagnosed with secondary Stage 4 breast cancer (ER+, PR+, HER2+), with metastases that had caused a hole in my sternum, as well as spread to my lungs, hips, and spine. My prognosis was grim, with doctors giving me only 8 to 18 months to live.
Anwar came into my life during this critical time, and his support and expertise were nothing short of life-changing. Through his unique and comprehensive approach to integrative medicine and specific plants he grew himself, I began to see results that far exceeded anything I had dared to hope for. Within just three months, the hole in my sternum healed—something that even my medical team found astounding. Over the years, the metastases in my lungs has disappeared, and the Mets to the hips, and spine have faded to the point of being barely visible on scans, and my bloodwork continues to show exceptional results.
Anwar’s protocol was meticulously designed for my specific cancer type. It included his ground-breaking triple-extract mushroom blends, precise terpene and cannabinoid formulations, flavonoids, carrier oils, and other carefully selected supplements and recommendations. His emphasis on low-dose therapies was key, allowing my immune system to gradually reset and regain its balance without being overwhelmed. This approach, rooted in both science and intuition, has been instrumental in my ongoing recovery.
Today, I am living proof of what can be achieved through Anwar’s dedication and ingenuity. Four years after my initial diagnosis, I am thriving. The progress I have made would not have been possible without Anwar’s tireless efforts and his refusal to give up on me. He has given me not only time but also hope and the ability to enjoy life again.
I recently reflected on everything Anwar has done for me, and I knew I had to share this testimony. His work is ground-breaking, and his compassion is unparalleled. He is not just a healer; he is a true visionary who has touched countless lives, including mine, in ways I will never forget.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Michelle C
*A Note of Gratitude
Michelle, you and Dan have been my rock, offering unwavering emotional and mental health support through some of the most challenging moments of my life. Your compassion, understanding, and strength have been a guiding light, helping me navigate the toughest times. Over the years, our friendships has grown as we’ve shared not just struggles but also resilience and growth. You are both more than just a source of support—You are Family.
Sue's Story 2018 - 2025
I am a retired solicitor with a background in working with vulnerable young parents, having run my own legal aid law firm and held accreditation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority. My husband, a retired barrister of the Bar of New York City, and I have known Anwar Mohamed for several years, and he has become like family to us.
Anwar is a man of remarkable resilience and compassion despite a deeply challenging past, including childhood trauma, mental health struggles, and PTSD from being shot. He channels his energy into his research, dedicating himself to helping others through herbal remedies and providing hope to those facing terminal or chronic illnesses.
Over the years, Anwar has helped both me and my family. For example, when my father was sent home with terminal prostate cancer, Anwar's research revealed herbal remedies that significantly slowed the cancer's spread. His efforts provided my father with improved quality of life, confirmed by an oncologist who was amazed at the results.
Anwar also helped me personally after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and struggled with the devastating effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. When I had no access to medical cannabis through my GP or oncologist, Anwar provided guidance on creating my own CBD and cannabis oil at a fraction of the cost. His precise research on ratios and formulations tailored to hormonal cancers made a tremendous difference in my recovery. Today, I am celebrating four years cancer-free, thanks in part to his unwavering support.
Anwar is not just a herbalist; he is an extraordinary researcher with an almost photographic memory and a vast database of meticulously curated studies on cancer and chronic illness. He has sacrificed his own comfort, often going without essentials, to support his research and those in need.
His contributions to the community extend beyond cannabis. He has deep knowledge of adaptogens, cancer pathways, mushrooms, and the critical connection between gut health and overall health. His insights have inspired me to begin studying herbalism myself and start a small herbal company with his guidance.
Anwar's work fills a gap left by the NHS and private medical systems, offering hope and solutions to those who have been told there is nothing more that can be done. He is a man of integrity and intelligence, whose knowledge and dedication have brought comfort and improved outcomes to many.
I respectfully ask that his work and character be recognized for what they truly are: a selfless commitment to helping others against all odds.
Signed,
Sue
Yvonne's Story
My name is Yvonne, and I am a 52-year-old mother of three and grandmother to one. Almost three years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. As you can imagine, this diagnosis was life-changing, especially as I had already lost my mother to breast cancer when she was only 50 years old. My family and I were devastated, as the fear of history repeating itself loomed heavily over us.
After countless months of painstaking research into alternative therapies and repurposed drugs for cancer, I came across compelling evidence for the potential of cannabis—specifically, a precise strain with a carefully calibrated ratio many cannabinoids. This wasn’t something that was easy to access, and I felt utterly hopeless trying to figure out how to source it safely and ethically. Then, through a friend, I was introduced to Anwar Mohamed.
Anwar didn’t just offer me access to the strain I needed; he gave me hope. For the first time in months, I felt like I had a lifeline. My entire outlook changed—hope is the most valuable resource you can give someone facing their own mortality.
The thought of growing the plant myself crossed my mind, but the fear of arrest, compounded by the stress my family and I were already experiencing, was too overwhelming to pursue. Anwar became the answer to this dilemma. He provided the knowledge and support that allowed me to begin treatment safely and effectively. His compassion, expertise, and willingness to put others before himself are qualities I will forever admire.
Beyond being a patient, I became a member of Anwar’s compassion club, where I witnessed the depth of his care for others. He was relentless in ensuring no one was left without options. Anwar and I also shared a passion for research. We often bounced ideas off each other, discussing pathways, compounds, and strategies. He is a true pioneer in the field, and his drive to learn and help others is unparalleled.
I am incredibly blessed to share that I have been NED (No Evidence of Disease) for over seven years now, something I never thought would be possible when I first heard the word "cancer." Anwar played an integral role in that journey. His work gave me not just my life back but also the ability to continue caring for my family and watching my grandchildren grow—a gift beyond measure.
Anwar’s courage to put himself at risk for the sake of others speaks volumes about his character. It takes an extraordinary person to do what he does, knowing full well the legal and personal repercussions he might face. But for Anwar, it has always been about the people he helps, not about himself.
I hope my story, along with the countless others connected to Anwar, is enough to highlight his immense value to the community. His work has changed lives, including my own. Without him, I would not be here today to share this story, and for that, I will forever be grateful.
Kind regards,
Yvonne
2015 Helen's Story
Having struggled with fibromyalgia for years and feeling disheartened by countless remedies that didn’t work, Anwar created a CBD oil that was nothing short of transformative. It provided a level of relief I hadn’t experienced before, easing my symptoms in a way that felt almost miraculous. But he didn’t stop there—he also made a beautifully scented massage oil that worked wonders on my persistent aches and pains. It not only brought physical relief but also a sense of calm and well-being that was hard to find amidst my busy days.
Anwar’s exceptional talent for crafting natural, effective remedies is truly remarkable. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of plant-based healing, and commitment to helping others make him stand out. Beyond his incredible skill, he is a genuinely kind and compassionate person, always going above and beyond to ensure his remedies meet the unique needs of each individual. I can’t recommend him highly enough—his work has made a profound difference in my life, and I’ll always be grateful for his dedication and care.
Jo's Story
I was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer in 2017. No one who hasn’t experienced a cancer diagnosis can truly understand what it feels like. You immediately think your life is over and begin to prepare for the worst. Once you’ve endured multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and its horrendous side effects, you’re often left as a shadow of your former self.
Imagine, if you can, how it feels when someone suggests a natural product with a proven track record of healing people for centuries—without the devastating side effects of conventional treatments. Despite the stigma and negative reputation perpetuated by pharmaceutical companies concerned about profits, you seek hope and a safe, effective alternative.
That hope arrived when I was introduced to Anwar. He is an exceptionally kind, caring, and knowledgeable individual who understands the desperate desire to survive. Anwar’s commitment to helping others extended far beyond me. Not only did he create effective suppositories that I jokingly called “bum bombs” (a name that still makes me laugh every time I think of it), but he also designed a bespoke blend for my son. His epilepsy responded better to this new formulation than to a well-known strain specifically grown for the condition.
Because of Anwar’s tireless dedication and ground-breaking `work, I am still here today. I am eternally grateful to him for providing me with products that not only helped me heal but gave me the strength to continue living my life. However, due to the nature of his work, I cannot publicly express my gratitude as loudly as I would like. Instead, I live quietly, thankful every single day for his help.
Please consider this testimony when deciding on your course of action. Anwar is a rare individual whose life’s work has brought hope and healing to so many. I am happy to discuss this further if required.
Kind regards,
Jo
Pete's Story
When I got hit with the diagnosis - Stage 4 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, it felt like the floor just disappeared. I didn’t know what was real anymore. That’s when Vinny stepped in.
A good mate of mine. He told me, You need to speak to Anwar. Trust me this guy’s not part of the system, but he gets results. Underground work. Real healing.
And he was right.
Anwar didn’t just toss out some generic advice. He listened. He saw me. Built a protocol from the ground up, targeted to my cancer, terpene stacks for inflammation and lung repair, plants that hit at both local and systemic levels, delivery routes that bypassed the gut to get straight to the cells. Sublingual methods, precision dosing, it was next level.
But it wasn’t just about the physical. He helped me reshape everything, my mindset, nutrition, habits, even how I processed fear. I wasn’t just fighting cancer anymore. I was rebuilding me.
Then something surreal happened.
I met Darren who was another guy on his own journey. We bumped into each other at Anwar’s place by pure chance. Two strangers with different diagnoses but the same hunger to live. That day we formed a bond, and not long after, we both made it through and full remission. Against all odds.
It’s been 6 years since. I’m NED, no evidence of disease. Still here. Still grateful. Still breathing with a purpose.
Anwar didn’t just help me heal, he helped me believe again. In healing, in possibility, in myself.
If you’re reading this and you’re stuck in the dark, don’t give up. There are people out there doing the real work. I found one. And it saved my life.
Pete
Darren’s Story
I never thought I’d be writing this. But here we are.
I was the kind of guy who worked hard and played even harder. Burned the candle at both ends and probably torched the table too. Eventually, life caught up with me. I lost a lung to cancer. Thought that was my wake-up call.
It wasn’t.
The cancer came back, this time in my only remaining lung. The doctors gave me a look I’ll never forget. Like they were already carving my headstone. That’s when I knew I had two choices: roll over, or fight like hell.
I’d heard about Anwar through people who don’t talk much unless it’s serious. No hype. Just results. I reached out.
What he gave me wasn’t some off-the-shelf protocol. He crafted it, blended the strains himself, tuned it in like a sniper. Suppositories, sublingual's, not your average pharmacy shelf stuff. Full bioavailability. Straight to where it needed to go. On top of that, a brutal but brilliant diet plan, inflammation control, and metabolic disruption tactics that turned my whole internal environment into a no-go zone for cancer.
I followed it all. Every bit. Three months of total rewiring body, mind, and soul. And it worked.
They told me it was terminal.
I told them I wasn’t done yet.
Now, five years later, I’m still here. Cancer-free.
And get this, during treatment, I bumped into another warrior: Pete. We met at Anwar’s place, totally by chance. Neither of us knew the other existed, but it was like two storm survivors finding each other mid-hurricane. We’ve both stayed clear ever since.
Now here’s the truth: Anwar never asked me for this testimony. He was too busy saving lives to chase credit. It was only when he got hit with a possible four-year sentence for making cannabis-based medicines that I stepped up. Because when someone fights for you, you fight for them back.
He didn’t just give me another chance he gave me the tools to take it.
If you're reading this and the system's already counted you out, don't listen. There’s another path. I walked it. And I'm still walking.
Truly Grateful
Darren

I am writing in support of a no further action outcome with regards to the case against Mr. Anwar Mohamed.
I have been a patient advocate in the medicinal cannabis space for many years and have known Mr. Mohamed to be an exceptionally talented caregiver. I support upwards of 50,000 patients in this arena who have all been placed in the unfair situation of being criminalized for attempting to be well, whilst only the affluent can access a private prescription for the same product, which comes with immunity from criminal charges.
I have recently launched a project in collaboration with the National Police Chief’s Council, The Police Federation, The Superintendents Association, The Police Foundation, LEAP UK, PLEA, Volteface, The Green Party, GroBiotec, Conservative Party drug reform group, Labour Party drug reform group, Seedsman, Columbia Care, Blume, Primary Care Cannabis Network, NHS, The CMC, Global Cannabis Institute, Verasseti, Mackrell Solicitors, Red Lion Chambers, and the Drugs Expert Witness Network. Together, we worked to launch Cancard.
Cancard is a medically verified ID for those who qualify for a private prescription but are unable to sustain the cost of one. The card serves as an indicator to front-line police officers, giving them confidence to use their discretion where simple possession is concerned for these patients. When we consider who supplies these patients with medicine, it is usually the organized crime market, many of whom have very little regard for the patients' wellbeing. For the very lucky few, they may be introduced to a specialist in this space who can provide them with safe, controlled access to medication with safety measures and consultation. An extra lucky few have been introduced to Mr. Mohamed.
I have known Mr. Mohamed to be a selfless, scientifically driven, cautious, and determined individual who has an inherent spirit of service. He backs this up with knowledge that, as someone involved in the training of private clinic staff, I am confident enough to say surpasses, by far, the training given to private clinicians.
Approximately 1.4 million patients in the UK consume cannabis safely and medicinally without the oversight of a doctor. Medicinal cannabis is currently only available to those who can sustain a £1500 prescription bill each month. Community caregivers like Mr. Mohamed are the only thing keeping these people from engaging with criminals that have no regard for their safety.
In many other countries in the world, Mr. Mohamed would be considered a clinical specialist in his field. He would be respected by many for his research but also for his service to a vulnerable community, which is currently being failed by law.
Regards,
Carly

I am writing in support of a no further action outcome with regards to the case against Mr. Anwar Mohamed. I feel compelled to do so anonymously due to my position within the NHS and the potential professional repercussions of being associated with medicinal cannabis, despite its proven benefits for countless patients.
Many people in the UK rely on cannabis to manage a range of medical conditions. While those who can afford a private prescription enjoy legal protection and access to this medicine, the reality is vastly different for those less affluent. These individuals, who are just as much in need of care, are left with no choice but to source their medicine from the illicit market, exposing themselves to risks and uncertainty.
For the very lucky few, they may come into contact with someone like Mr. Mohamed—a community caregiver who provides safe, controlled access to medication paired with expert consultation and unwavering support. His approach is based on rigorous research and an extraordinary dedication to patient safety. For those fortunate enough to find him, Mr. Mohamed has become a trusted and invaluable resource.
In my experience, I have known Mr. Mohamed to be a selfless, scientifically driven, and compassionate individual with an inherent spirit of service. His knowledge and expertise surpass the training provided to many private clinicians in this field. He has dedicated his life to helping patients who have been overlooked by the healthcare system, taking significant personal risks to ensure their well-being.
In many other countries, Mr. Mohamed’s work would be widely recognized, and he would be celebrated as a clinical specialist in his field. His contributions to the medicinal cannabis space have brought hope and relief to countless individuals who had nowhere else to turn. His efforts are a testament to his character and the critical role community caregivers play in addressing the gaps left by current healthcare policies.
I urge you to consider this testimony as evidence of Mr. Mohamed’s value to the community. His dedication to research and his tireless work to improve the lives of others make him an indispensable ally to those navigating chronic and terminal illnesses in an often unforgiving system.
Yours faithfully,
A medicinal cannabis consumer
